SHED the method classes at the ISHY in Notting Hill

HOT SHED CLASSES - dynamic breath-led practice that frees up the body and mind through spiraling, organic movement and core work. From this a student can deepen into the more advanced practices of HERO and SUPERHERO SHED

monday - 9.15 - 10.15 am

Wednesday - 8 - 9 pm

Sunday - 4 - 5 pm

LOVE SHED  - An hour long practice that starts with passive, restorative, breath-led movement in far infrared healing heat, culminating in a deep pause meditation circle, followed by a sublime relaxation.  What better way to show love and respect to your nervous system and to start the week grounded and stress free.

Sunday 5.30- 6.30pm - Starts from week commencing April 16th 2012

Shed manifesto - show up, sign up - What will you let go of right here and now:

1. the story/history of past relationships/family stuff - life’s tough - learn - grow - use it as the fertile soil to transform from

2. old ways of doing things

3. stuff that no longer works for me

4. beliefs I have about myself that make no sense

5. judgments - discernment is one thing….out of whack it becomes a big Judge Dread jumping on your back and keeps you holding back

6. weight - let go of the protection

7. stress - make it work for you - not you for it

8. negative self talk

11. patterns/addictions - know your strategies for keeping yourself numb

12. other people’s stuff - don’t we have enough of our own ;)

13. unhealthy eating - at least enjoy it whilst you do it then find some balance for the rest of the week
